In a fantasy world rpg if you cannot fly on a dragon, then it's not a fantasy world rpg.
Out of the things listed there's only really one, transmogrification.

If you're a professional fisherman you better look like it or a lumberjack or an escort or soldier or whatever instead of looking like the rainbow that is vanilla gearing.
Anything else is really just on the game based mechanics, how things work depends on the game.
In all honesty, classic should have been less about #nochanges and more about #makeroleplayinggreatagain putting the RP back in to the mmoRPg rather than being just another MMOG. There's not really anything role playing like when everyone is the same, a random adventurer killing mobs. Only difference to retail is there you're the known hero adventurer killing mobs.
