Need help picking out an audio program

Hello. I'm Lilithvia, and I usually post over in the World of Warcraft forums, which brings me to my question.
I'm looking to put together a trailer for my guild to post at 3PM PST.
I'm looking to use some audio from the Apollo 11 moonwalk in the trailer, as I already have the footage on my computer (thanks NASA!)
Does anyone know of a program capable of doing this? I'm sure there's several.

Audacity is free and easy to use: https://www.audacityteam.org/?
If you're just cutting up audio it's fine. Alternatively you can just use the video editing software you're using, most are capable of doing audio only as well

Yeah Audacity will do just fine. You can find several websites that can download just the audio from a youtube video, drag that into Audacity and trim it as much as you want and then import that into your video editor (or trim the audio in your video editor).
