Do you prep your weeks meals ahead of time? If you do is it for a fitness program or is it so that you don't have to worry about it during the week? What are your favorite meal prep recipes?

One tends to make a shopping list knowing what they'll be eating in the coming days...
Or are you some weirdo that goes to the supermarket everyday to buy your meal only for that day?
I try to but rarely more than for two or here days worth. I’d get tired of eating the same stuff.
Don't know how to live life without it.
I cannot stop working to cook my lunch fresh every day, and I don't want to spend 15€ every day in a restaurant.
So I cook a lot in the evening for dinner, and cool half of it for tomorrow.
I meal prep 1 - 2 days worth of food for the later nights at work. I generally slow cook to meal prep as it's also pretty easy and generally healthy.
Things I make are:
Beef Ragu or pasta sauces
Curries (Japanese curry, Indian Korma etc)
Stews (Osso Bucco, Beef stews with veggies, bourguignon etc)
Soups (Minestrone, Chicken, Pea and Ham etc)
Pulled Beef, Pulled Pork (Then add salads or throw into sliders)
Anyway that is some stuff off the top of my head. It's not for fitness or health and I won't eat more than 2 day old food. It does help on the late nights and it's something to look forward to over take away or depressing throw together meals.
I don't for myself. But my wife does on occasion. She is the cook in our house. If for some reason she doesn't, then I will make my own meals which require no cooking. Such as a frozen dinner or a stew she has made. Then I will reheat it.

I really gotta start. Making a batch of chicken sandwiches every 3 days makes life ridiculously easy.
If you are particularly bold, you could use a Shiny Ditto. Do keep in mind though, this will infuriate your opponents due to Ditto's beauty. Please do not use Shiny Ditto. You have been warned.
My wife became a stay at home mom. Now we can vegetables, cook gallons of spaghetti sauce to freeze, go in on a cow, get it butchered and freeze that, etc.
She's really lowered our cost of living, but she also used to make $40k at her old job.

Not really, since I don't want to eat the same thing over and over. If I bought sandwich stuff for lunch, I'd be sick of sandwiches by day two. So I just eat out for lunch, and sometimes dinner. I can afford it, and I really enjoy burritos and cheeseburgers, so I do that.
Weeks? No. I do sort of bulk cook on Sunday nights, with the idea that I can just portion that out and have dinners for the upcoming work week.
