For expansion and not patch info, I don't recall anything for BfA. So it definitely seems to be special

Especially since it's still alpha.

I mean, I'm sure it's just showing off soulbinds/other max level systems that aren't in yet and probably introducing Whateverbringers for more covenant lore but still, it definitely has an air about it today.

Raiding has stayed relatively the same and class designs in WoD?


Ummm they aren't much different. You'd be better off comparing Cata to BFA

and some classes were worse in Cata then BFA.

WoD was an expansion full of pruning and it had less raids than other expansions. We literally had 3 raids compared to MoP, Legion, BFA, and Cata's 5.

I feel like people saying WoD had good raids is a meme at this point because they really weren't of an exceptional quality when you compare them to MoP or Legion's. WoD had almost no redeeming qualities outside of the leveling experience and you know an expansion is bad when the leveling is seen as a positive.

WoD class design wasn't great for some classes. But it definitely tried to take a step in the right direction, which was hard since I think MoP had great iterations of classes.

Legion sort of fixed WoD but the problem was they were just rented powers.

1. Prepatch and expac release date
2. Soulbind info
3. More covenant stuff(path of ascension, sanctums)
4. Spookybringer cinematics
5. Wildcard: some crazy new shit like a new class/allied races or actual class revamps planned for 9.1
