This is definitely an original creation either from Blizzard or a commissioned artist

Or a faker who was working in this ever since we got the Burning Ebon Blade datamine.

Given Blizzard wouldn't fuck up so hard as to miscolor Bolvar's eyes in a clashing color, it's a faker.

No one would fuck that up. Fake or real, making the eyes blue is definitely intentional.

I think the hammer looks very similar to the ones in Warhammer. But I am not aware of any cinematic that could of been photo-shopped from.

imo if someone goes through so much work to get something looking so real, they wouldnt miss out on making the eyes orange glow aswell, so to me this makes it more likely that this is real than if he had orange eyes, could also just be a 400 IQ play by the creator if its fake. either way nothing to really give a definite conclusion

Hammer looks like combination of Blackhand's mace and Reinhardt's mace.

Anyone who could create an image like this would easily have the skill to change the eyes to red. This is intentional whether you want to believe it or not.
