It'd be interesting if it were. Kairoz saw several timelines and might've changed MU's course, at the cost of indirectly creating the infinite dragonflight.

The mere act of time travel should kill any timeline it affects in any way, given we've been told how there's a true timeline.
Even the slightest change adds up over time.

Mueh'zala has had some characterization already though, in one of the kid books, so he is unlikely to be just a troll name for Murozond. Also, if Mueh'zala makes an appearance, Aramar Thorne will likely make an appearance.

Mueh'zala might not be its only name, judging by what they call Elune.

I think Mueh'zala can't be Nozdormu... since Noz was already a thing b4 the Sandfury trolls came about and started to worship him. Its possible Mueh is a future Murozond manipulating or...Noz's son(If he has any kids). Sands definitely are connected to time but I can't see it being just present Nozdormu.

Plus how can the sandfury know about the existence of murozond, only nozdormu knows he is going to become it.
