Question About Rogue Poison Charges

My offhand weapon always ends up using far fewer poison charges, even though it has a much faster speed. Is this just due to the fact that your offhand misses so many more swings than main hand?

both main hand and offhand have a 24% chance to miss

But you are constantly using sinister strike with main hand.

Probably thats the reason why you spend more main hand charges. Ive noticed this myself
