Conquest ilvl reward question

Once I reach the point where 500/500 rewards go from 415 to 430, does that also increase the weekly chest to a base of 430? Thanks.

no, the weekly chest is based on your rating, and if you were hgiher in pvp could be almost as good as mythic raiding gear
