What’s interesting are all the republicans saying democrats are trying to overthrow democracy.

It I'm awe that the Gop don't just throw up their hands and say fuck it, he's guilty as shit; after listening to these three individuals. Or that they can possibly sleep at night knowing how these three were/are being treated by them and trump admin, after all they've done for the country.
IMPOTUS Donald Trump's presidency summarized:
-- as he blamed others for the crisis, basked in self-congratulation and xenophobia, and misled the country about his actions so far.
Well, what did you expect them to do, argue the facts and merits of the case?
The funny part is, Trump was trying to extort Ukraine into investigating the election he already won (with Russia's help). I can't think of anything that subverts democracy more than "the person who cheated tries to create fictional evidence that his opponent cheated by more".
Nunes spends his opening statement complaining about witnesses with secondhand information then reads a memo with the disclaimer, "Caution: A Memorandum of a Telephone Conversation (TELCON) is not a verbatim transcript of a discussion. The text in this document records the notes and recollections of Situation Room Duty Officers and NSC policy staff assigned to listen and memorialize the conversation in written form as the conversation takes place."

Um did schiff just fire a shot across the bow about maybe adding a witness intimidation to the list of articles of impeachment?
I'm about an hour behind on the stream but I yelled at my phone when the Republicans tried to grandstand about not wanting to be interrupted while interrupting Schiff multiple times.
Trump engaging in real time witness intimidation is amazing.
And another impeachable offense.
Nice mob boss you got there, Trumphadis.
Pretty long "short" recess.

At the very least I am now caught up after this short (long) recess
So another talking point from the Republicans is feelings don't count?
Talk about the pot calling the kettle black.
I guess they should be more than okay with having the people directly responsible for this whole mess to testify, right? Can someone call the resident to the stand as Peter Welch requested? What are they so afraid of? Why are they okay with not getting all of the facts laid out on the floor for everyone to see?
Why are they not doing their jobs? FFS.

Trump's worst enemy is Trump...
