Best pizza I ever had was a local place that had tomato, garlic, and some kind of oil that tasted amazing. I usually eat until I'm full, but that pizza I can just stuff myself until it's gone.

A proper Chicago style pizza isn't more crust, it's more toppings. The crust should be thin'ish, and wrap up the sides of the pan like a pie crust would. Then the middle is loaded with toppings (again, like a pie) with the sauce on top so the bread doesn't get soggy.

Edit: This is also the only correct answer to this question. All other pizza is inferior pizza.
