**About Us**
Clique is a PvE focused guild aiming to clear all content in an efficient manner. We are organized and focused but we still know how to have a good time. We push the envelop and do everything possible as a team to make raids run smoothly and provide us with the best outcomes regarding the amount of content we clear. This often requires mandatory world buffs and a list of consumes we require each individual to bring to raids. As our Naxx progression becomes more and more trivial each week, consume requirements will decrease. Clique is operated by a very dedicated and skilled group of officers who have specific job titles and areas of focus to help the guild run smoothly. Ultimately we work as a collaborative unit to create a positive and rewarding experience for all of our raiders.

**Recruitment**
We are always looking for exceptional players to join our raid team, but currently our primary need is healers. We recruit on a trial basis of 1 week to get a better understanding of your performance and personality. After the trial period, you make the transition to core raider.

**Guild Bank + Dues**
All raiders that are ranked core raider or higher have access to various things from the guild bank on a by-request basis using our discord. As a guild we do our very best to make things easier for our raiders and more accessible as we know how much time and effort is required to raid at a high level in Classic. We supply all main raiders with: Enchanting materials, AQ40 class books and idols/scarabs for T2.5, Scraps for T3, and various crafting materials for pieces of gear that will be used to directly benefit the raid such as resist gear. To be eligible for loot and access to the guild bank, all raiders that are ranked core and above are required to pay a weekly due of 10g to the guild bank. Dues can be paid weekly or in advance to cover any number of weeks.

**Loot**
Loot Council: We have a total of 10 officers/class leads that are responsible for how loot is distributed; 3 melee council members with 2 backups and 3 caster/healer council members with 2 backups. These members of loot council are required to know the ins and outs of gear, every raider, and how gear will benefit said raiders. We weight our voting system on several things: performance of individual, preparedness of individual, net gains for the individual and raid, prior loot awarded,personal 'wish list' gear ranking, and effort/contribution inside and outside of raids. A final decision for loot distribution is based off of a majority vote system. If one of the council members is wanting to put in for a piece of loot, they are not allowed to vote for themselves or make any comments to sway the decision process. This is where our backup council members step in to fulfill the voting requirements. With loot being a very big motivator for raiders to show up, we do everything possible to ensure loot is distributed fairly.

**WarCraftLogs**
Our officers pick through warcraftlogs on a regular basis as it is an extremely effective tool when it comes to improving raid and personal performance, as well as an effective way to determine if raiders are not pulling their weight or using consumes when required. We always reach out to our raiders who may be under performing, and with constructive feedback we try to reach a solution to help move us closer to our goals.
