Because it is a digital picture, and that's how they're made regardless of whether they are real or not. The ELA was meaningless and didn't actually show anything.

The problem isn't whether you believe it, but your insistence that others must disbelieve it based on no evidence whatsoever. That makes you no better than all the "leakers".
