Did I pick the wrong expansion to play mage?

So I preordered the heroic edition which includes the boost and the mount, and it used to say I can upgrade to the epic edition for 20€.
Now I used the 120 boost and it shows me I have the standard edition and can upgrade to heroic for 15€ and to epic for 35€.
Does that mean that after I use the boost, I can upgrade again for 15€ and get another boost? Are they basically on a discount now? Or do you think this is a bug?
