HELP!: A character with that name already exists

Hi there folks got problem and i need help, my character is stucked for 12 hours and I cannot login only on that character.
Error message: A character with that name already exists... see screenshot.

I tried everything - waiting, relogging, removing addons, scan and repair but NOTHING works.
I even opened a ticket, but average time of waiting is 2,5 days

Usually this problem is caused by an instance of WoW running in the background. Restart your computer and it should fix itself, if not it is a problem with the WoW login servers, in which case there is nothing to do except wait.

I doubt you'll be waiting 2.5 days.

That's the average for all tickets. They prioritise issues where people are stuck or can't log in.

That's the average response over the entire system. Tickets in certain categories with certain verbage have different priorities. One of the higher priorities is not being able to play. They'll get to your ticket in less than a day, usually within hours, if your character is unavailable.

It can show up, but they have limited the subjects that needs live chat.
