Got Rise of the Tomb Raider instead for 10$. Shadow of War at 20$ is definitely tempting now that they removed the shop, and I'd have gotten Sekiro had it been more than a 35% discount.

I grabbed one of those $5 Steam controllers. Technically not part of the Steam sale I guess (they're apparently discontinuing those and selling off the remaining inventory), but I've been curious about them and figured that if I wanted one, now was the time.

As for the sale itself...instead of new games, I'm looking more at cheap/on sale DLC for games I already own. Thinking about Tira and maybe 2B for Soulcalibur 6 (both $3 at 50% off right now).

Money is very tight right now, and I have a good-sized backlog of games that I've impulse bought during previous sales and still have yet to even download (one reason I'm looking more at DLC for games I already own, rather than adding to said backlog), so I'm probably going to take it easy on this one.

I might pick up Rebel Galaxy since it's < $3 right now. And I might be tempted to grab one more heavily discounted game off my wishlist before this is all over. But that's where I'm stopping.

My god I live in Japan and prices are horrific. even with %50 discount I feel they are expensive. Until a few weeks ago, I could buy games far cheaper using Yen from EU store but no, they decided to stop that. It made at least 3000 yen difference on games.

If I try to change countries,it automatically detects I live in Japan. Gotta buy a vpn I guess.
