Everyone here should understand that States will surpass Italy too relatively soon. I don't think it can be questioned.
Keep in mind the US also has 5.5 times the population of Italy.

From an interview of a doctor from Wuhan. Summary basically is 0 reported virus is due to the fact they stopped testing. Also quarantined people were released early.
Yeah, that sounds about right, because with how the virus is progressing in the rest of the world, and with Chinas population numbers, the sudden drop in new infections makes absolutely no sense, unless they put everyone in solitary quarantine.

Honestly, the real scary number whats happening in New York. New York is probably going to pass Italy in cases per capita in the next few days.

The amount of daily deaths in Italy is nothing short of staggering... What a tragedy all around.

And it cant have anything to do with age, because Germany has almost the same age.

You don't understand logical reasoning, do you? It can have to do with more than one thing. Age is most certainly one of them.

This is a further example of not understanding how logical reasoning works.

Actually, add another +270 for Washington, so we're over 26k now.

You understand nothing, the fact that you claim total over active infected proves that, child.
Total doesnt matter at all, only active does. Age has nothing to do with it when Japan and Germany are just as old and have low deaths. And im 100% sure that India fudged their numbers.

    Classy. And wrong.
Your attempt to change the subject notwithstanding, the number that was being referenced was total infected.

Bullshit, lol. The truth is that both matter, because they tell us different things. Total is also going to be a very important number after a while, because those will be the people who (hopefully) have relative immunity and count towards the herd immunity threshold.

Completely ignoring one in favor of the other just shows a lack of understanding of logical reasoning. You're taking a complex situation and attempting to simplify it so that you can understand it better. It indicates that you favor narcissistic rather than logical reasoning.

Those countries aren't the proof you think they are. You seriously should brush up on the scientific method. Having a scenario with more than one variable, you can't make unilateral sweeping statements about one variable. Is it possible that there are other factors that outweigh age in its affect on mortality rate? Quite possibly. But to say that "age has nothing to do with it" is just completely, utterly, laughably, wrong, especially when we have so much concrete data that directly refutes that statement.

There is no way 15 one month ago. Now 26k?
Trump doesn't allow local hospitals to test it.

    Trump knows it is bad.
He just wants to keep the stock market high Until November election.

Lulz again. Nice deflection/handwave. Not up to actually responding to the actual points, eh?

But you're right. Everyone here has seen this now.

    *sigh* Dutch people.

Despite corona measures, crowds hit beaches, landfills and trains

This is plugged into Google translate for those of you who don't speak/read Dutch, but basically as I've been saying ever since the shutdowns started at the beginning of the week the people have been treating it as a holiday, constantly out crowding the parks and beaches. There will be no flattened curve in the Netherlands at this rate.

It used to be said that if a zombie plague were to happen in real life it would be eradicated in less than a week.

I'm starting to believe a zombie plague could stand a chance the way governments and people have dealt with this.

Yeah, just read that they're abandoning the "containment" phase in places like New York since it has essentially failed and the hospitals are becoming overwhelmed. They're now discouraging people from getting tested because they are stretched too thin.

Pretty sure that's in the future for the Netherlands as well.

How would you be able to tell the difference between the zombies and Trump supporters?
