I'm pretty sure I've been told that just being in someone's face without touching them is reason to defend yourself with deadly force. It happens every day when conservatives defend Rittenhouse.
I don't believe that, but the Trump caravan here are definitely aggressors (regardless of who hit whom first). Many of them are armed, and trying to box in the Biden bus. And they were waiting on the side of the highway FOR the Biden bus. Which is illegal, to be stopped on the shoulder if you're not having an emergency of some sort. I've also been hearing that committing a minor offense (like breaking a curfew) is enough justification to strike back against evil criminals who dare challenge you.
You are the deranged one. Look at the very start of that video. Look at where the white SUV is (behind the bus), look at where the black pick up is (behind and to the right of the SUV).
The pick up is deliberately trying to nudge out the SUV from behind the bus but its driver doesn't want to move over, so the republican terrorist decides to ram his pick up into the side of the SUV to force it to move so they can surround and block the bus in.
And yes this is terrorism. Using violence and intimidation in pursuit of their political goals.
Democrats are the best! I will never ever question a Democrat again. I LOVE the Democrats!

https://slate.com/news-and-politics/...t-ballots.htmlSo Republicans ran to federal court. On Wednesday, they asked Hanen to declare drive-thru voting unconstitutional and void every ballot cast this way. They relied upon a radical theory that is quickly gaining popularity among conservative judges. Republicans alleged that the state Legislature has sole authority over election law under the U.S. Constitution. They also claimed that the Legislature never approved drive-thru voting. As a result, they argued, the procedure is an unconstitutional usurpation of the Legislature’s power, meaning every ballot cast via drive-thru voting is illegitimate.
There are so many flaws in Republicans’ argument that it’s hard to know where to begin. The GOP operatives probably don’t have standing to challenge a voting procedure that merely makes it easier and safer to vote. But leave that aside and look at the merits. The U.S. Supreme Court has repeatedly ruled that the legislature does not have sole authority over elections. To the contrary, it has held that different parts of the state government can regulate voting procedures. Thus, the lawsuit’s chief claim—that Harris County has infringed on the Legislature’s constitutional rights—is simply false.
But even if it were true, the lawsuit would still fail, because the Texas Legislature has authorized drive-thru voting. State law explicitly allows counties to create temporary polling locations “in any stationary structure,” including a “movable structure.” Drive-thru voting takes place in large, stationary tents that obviously fit this definition. Indeed, other Texas counties have set up stationary tents at walk-in polling locations to provide extra booths to early voters. No one seriously argues that it is illegal to use tents for walk-in voting. So why are they illegal to use for drive-thru voting?
Biden is at 50% or higher in all of the battleground states, according to the poll I posted.
I think Trump might be fucked.
Texas GOP files suit in Federal Court (after losing in State Supreme Court) to invalidate 100,000+ votes cast in legal/approved curb side voting.
The GOP no longer cares about votes, they care about gaming the system to win. Fucking Deplorables to the end.
Yeah but it's this part from your article, that should be concerning.
It'll be quickly appealed though so when it passes him we'll have to see.But the case landed in front of U.S. District Judge Andrew Hanen, one of the most notoriously partisan conservatives in the federal judiciary. Democrats have good reason to fear that Hanen will order the mass nullification of ballots as early as Nov. 2, when he has scheduled a hearing.
Obama is in Michigan right now.
Oh, he miiiiiiiiiight have mentioned saving the auto industry. In Michigan.“What is his obsession, by the way, with crowd size? You notice that?” Obama said. “This is the one measure he has of success. He’s still worried about his inauguration crowd being smaller than mine. It really bugged him. He’s still talking about that.”
“Did nobody come to his birthday party when he was a kid? Is he traumatized?” the former president continued. “What’s with crowds?”

Words to live by.
https://twitter.com/mjs_DC/status/13...661021184?s=19Texas Republicans have asked a federal judge to throw out 100,000 ballots in Harris County cast through curbside voting. They drew Judge Andrew Hanen, one of the most notoriously partisan Republican judges in the entire federal judiciary. This is alarming. https://t.co/VODOZrCoUF
Effin sigh.
So this is taking place in Harris County, aka greater Houston.
Amazed anyone would vote for these people, yet the people who do know they have cheat.

Texas GOP is trash, from top to bottom. We will remember this, and every single one of them, ESPECIALLY Dan Patrick, need to be told to eat shit and GTFO when we toss them out.
