It’s important to recall when reading these stories that Republican state legislatures acted months and weeks ago to prevent advance counting of early votes to set this up.

2 reasons. First he's never, since winning, tried to win over new voters. But maybe more importantly there is no point for Trump to try to win anyone over anymore. At this point we were lookin at something like 13% undecided in 2016. Right now we're at like 3%.
