In addition to any unlocked Essences, MOTHER will now also offer several new Preserved Contaminants, which allow for a specific Corruption effect (and the associated Corruption penalty) to be applied to a selected item. The inventory of available Preserved Contaminants will change twice each week, mirroring the Assault cadence, and will cycle through all available Corruption effects at various levels of potency.

You can use a Preserved Contaminant to apply the Corruption you purchased to any uncorrupted item that can be Corrupted, much like an enchant.

No, we need the rotation for next week to confirm anything. Friday is easy because that's all that is left, so it has to be that set.

WoWhead also reported that whatever has been datamined has since been hotfixed to be identical to the first set, so we would expect Expedient 3 next tuesday.

It's not terrible for some specs. SPriest being one of them.

It was nerfed to have its damage component brought back in line with other damage-per-Corruption affixes. The nerf was significant but it really just took it from "stack this no matter what in all situations" to "still good but not the clear winner."

I believe some specs, like Unholy Death Knight, will still want GW over everything else. At least in PvP.

IIRC that's the old values. Probably because the changes were done through hotfixes, so the client database still has the incorrect values.
