To constitute as evidence in your mind, what would it be exactly? What would in your mind be classified as evidence if not video/SS material + alongside other metadata from the database if I had access to it?

For example:
WoW reads your active Processes, I dont know in what Detail, as that probably has and will change over time. E.g. at some Point they gave a Popup warning if you had "Cheat Engine" running. They dont do that anymore, maybe they can now read what Process you have active which interfaces with the WoW process? I dunno.

But seeing a Bot Process running with a WoW Client is pretty hard Proof.

But as I said: Whatever Blizzard set as standard to determine if a Player is using Bots is what they do. Neither you nor I will probably ever know what exactly that is.

In my mind, they need to do the job better. I for one am not satisfied at their performance. That entire armada over at Botanica, and probably a few other places, if we could identify another hotspot, should be eradicated in a time-window of maybe a week max. Not be allowed to be doing whatever they're doing for weeks and months.

You can get 72 hour ban. It doesnt have to be 6 months or more....

It is 6 months for botting 100%. The second offense in botting is 18 months - 100%. No idea what they are doing in China but it is this way in EU/NA.

Blizzard has to record your keystrokes in order to have your character move. They could just trace that and see if theres a reoccurring pattern.

Assuming they are botting, I've never touched one and been 3-day banned twice for "botting". One of which was the day WoD launched (kinda lucked out since Frostfire was unplayable anyway) when all I had been doing was grinding archeology achievements
