Choosing Your Corruption

In addition to any unlocked Essences, MOTHER will now also offer several new Preserved Contaminants, which allow for a specific Corruption effect (and the associated Corruption penalty) to be applied to a selected item. The inventory of available Preserved Contaminants will change twice each week, mirroring the Assault cadence, and will cycle through all available Corruption effects at various levels of potency.

You can use a Preserved Contaminant to apply the Corruption you purchased to any uncorrupted item that can be Corrupted, much like an enchant.

• The combat log range has been increased for players who are inside dungeons and raids.
  
  • Developers' notes: This was originally planned for the next patch (1.13.5), but we wanted to gain its benefits in the live game as soon as possible. The combat log range in the open world remains restricted to prevent a larger radius of stealth detection than existed in original WoW.

Yup you are correct. Sub is on pause until prepatch. The constant nerfs and changes to corruptions was god awful.

@ashblond You probably cried out for corruption vendor, you get it and now you still complain. Yes it would have just been better to have every corruption available because you still gotta save up the echoes for what you want, but it's better than no vendor and relying on rng on gear drops, now you can just work on getting the bis items for your stats and wait for your corruption to be on vendor, slap on corruptions and have a good ol time.

As for them still posting what's available during each period, it's nice instead of scrolling through MMO where the post of the table of all corruptions and when they will be on vendor.
Corruptions still beats out titanforging in my mind, (note how I didn't say everyone prefers x over y because i don't speak for everyone). Enjoy it or don't, but if you don't enjoy it Keep It To Yourself!
