Crafting a legendary on a fresh alt this week

If i complete all the torghasts this week for both wings, will I have enough soul ash to craft a legendary first week in on my alt or is torghasts even with higher levels unlocked still limited to 900 something per week so you cannot craft a legendary on your first week no matter what?

At full unlock you get 1140 Soul Ash per week. Not quite enough yet.
HOWEVER, you also get the Torghast quest chain, which gives some additional ash, and with that you can craft a rank 1 legendary in the first week of play.
