When does Torghast open?

Good morning all,
I have been searching recently with the launch announcement of SL for verification on when Torghast will open. Will it open on launch day, leading to the ability to farm some soul ash to get ahead in the legendary hunt, with the first weekly reset, or the second?

Thoughts, evidence, etc. please

It should be open immediately, and you can start farming the Soul Ash, but with recent changes in acquisition and cost, it won't matter as much.

It's been verified by blizz a few days ago, that rushing to level 60 will be "useless" as currencies and comparable player power progression will NOT be obtainable on day 1.
Only after reset day will people be able to obtain soul ash, renown, etc. AFAIK even mythic non-keystone dungeons also won't open until after reset.

That being said, torghast will open immediately, as it's part of your early covenant campaign. I also believe that the layers where you can get soul ash from also open on day 1. You won't get soul ash however. But if you clear all the layers on day 1, you will only have to clear layer 8 after reset in order to receive the maximum obtainable soul ash.

It's for EU people, since Legion we start expansion day before reset. Everything (beside M+, world boss, raids etc.) is available day 1, just weekly stuff don't reset on day 2.
