Drive are a TBC formed guild on Firemaw Horde with a focus on fun, high performance raiding. We are committed to having high quality raids, without killing the spirit of raiding. The leadership is comprised with experience in both a top 100 guild on Retail, and speedrunning in Classic. Recruitment will be focused to ensure this high level is maintained. The goal of Drive is to play at the upper echelons of raiding and parsing, whilst making it fun so that our raiders are excited to raid each reset.

What we are looking for:
-Players willing to compete in serious, successful and fun TBC raiding guild.
-Players willing to spend time into mastering their respective class.
-Players that are willing to spend some gold and time to maximise their own performance.
-Players who play for the team, and have a laugh.
-Players with a history of high performance in either retail or Classic. It is important we recruit a high calibre of players in the first instance.

Main Raid Times:
- Sunday: 19:30-23:30
- Wednesday: 19:30-23:30
We will not be raiding until TBC - time will be spent preparing characters, farming gold and otherwise growing the guild.
Depending on difficulty of TBC - an additional raid may be added. But we will absolutely intend to avoid this if possible.
Additional optional social raids will run throughout the week.

Loot System:
- We use a Loot Council. Players can submit a wish list of items they'd like to get in order of importance. This helps us greatly with fair loot distribution and making people happy. Players are eligible for loot as soon as they have passed trial.

Recruitment Status:
- As a newly formed guild are currently open for recruitment for all classes. and specialisations. That said - recruitment slots will quickly close once a specific TBC roster is completed.

Trial Period:
- We run a 2 week trial period, if any raids are missed this will be extended until two full resets are complete. We aim to avoid long trials where possible and will not hesitate to promote players we believe in. Feedback will be given throughout and on request. Obviously no trials will be passed until TBC raids begin, and early loot decisions will be made depending on performance in the raid and level of preparation in the days before the first raids.
