Rylakstalker on cloak instead of feet?

Is there a reason to not put Rylakstalkers on a cloak?

you get better agil from feet, if you sim you might get the outcome that cloak is better, likely due to your current boots.

The primary stat available at the 235 ilvl compared to what else you can put in that slot, seems to be the main reason for people saying boots.

You'd need a microscope to see the difference on the damage meters though. Put it wherever you want.

My boots are better than my cloak, so I put it on the cloak. Easy decision.

There is 233 cloak from mythic SLG, no 233 mail boots in the game atm.

I put it on cloak... it's cheaper and i got alts to feed
