Too many facial piercings/being extremely obese would be the main two things. A nose stud/ring or lip ring is one thing, but when you start getting into eyebrow/above the lip/random spots its a bit too much for me, personally. Some people seem to enjoy them though, so more power to them if they do.

- Smell: If you smell like trash, I'm staying away from you.

- Tattoos: If you are covered in tattoos, I'm also staying away from you because I think they're disgusting. I never understood the fixation that some people have with covering their body in drawings, but oh well.

- General appearance: If I notice that you don't take care of yourself, like if your hair or clothes are all messy or stained, then I'm also staying away from you.

I don't mind if you're fat or slim or well-built (though if you're fat I'd advise that you start working out), just behave like a normal person and take care of yourself, don't be a no-life nerd who never showers.

Brown eyes. Always look soulless and more fitting for an animal. Maybe because like over 80% of population has bright eyes here, dem foreigners look creepy.

Face jewellery. Nose rings, lip rings, brow rings - disgusting.

Lip and nose piercings, I just can't get past how unsanitary they are. Gauge piercings are also a major nope from me, the dangling earlobes and my OCD do not get along. Other major thing would be scent, if I can't stand how you smell there is no getting past that for me (this of course includes all smokers, I can't stand to even be around anyone who smokes).

Tattoos are more of a case-by-case basis. Some tattoos look cool to me, others don't. I'm okay with plenty of tattoos that I don't think look cool, but some just get into a disagreement with my OCD (and that can vary wildly, a poorly done tattoo might trigger more conflict with my OCD than an ugly tattoo).

Clothing...eh, it is only really useful in telling me vague information about whether or not someone might share my aesthetic preferences when it comes to color schemes/patterns.

Someone being disgustingly filthy, long fingernails/toenails etc. Bad teeth, obesity. Overweight is not a problem, I don't mind the average dad-bod, but there's a limit where a man starts looking like a fat, hairy baby. That's a turnoff.

I can't stand a hairless body. I know it's not your fault but I can't help it, a man without body hair just looks like an overgrown boy to me, it turns me off incredibly.

Yes! I dislike a hairless chest and legs on a man and I strongly prefer a full beard.

Having too many tattoos. Tattoos can look really hot on women but when they have their whole body covered it's just turns into a huge turn off because it's so overly distracting that it takes away from their natural beauty. It would feel like I'm with a walking wall of graffiti rather than a person.

Women with super short or buzzed hair. Sorry but I can't get into the "I am a strong empowered woman" look. In fact when I see women with that kind of hair style I'll automatically assume they're one of those feminist psychos so I usually steer clear of them. Also chances are they're probably lesbian anyway or at the very least hate men with a passion.

I didn't think I had issues with piercings, but then I saw neglected pierced areas up-close in a doctor documentary on the TV, so now I'm a tad scared of piercings around areas like the belly-button, lips, genital etc. It is as they say... What has been seen, cannot be unseen.

I never seem to learn. A documentary showing the hygiene in library books turned me off from ever borrowing a book again.

Ugh, I knew there would be one who would twist my words. Sorry to hear about your mom but obviously I'm not talking about people with health conditions that force them to cut off their hair. I had an aunt who died last year from breast cancer who also had to shave her head so I'm not talking about people like my aunt. I'm talking about the ones who do it because they feel "empowered" or want to rebel against society in some way. It's fine if you want to do that I just don't find it attractive.
