I dont but I know ppl who do, i was never a fan of this play style, i feel it was something that someone in dev wanted to force on us, and might be for the top % players to use but im not very good, so i need to focus no other aspects. so, i dont like it and dont use it, but I know ppl who enjoy it. or seem to be good at it.. way better than me anyway..
