Other than new BC talents and the ability to level Draenei/Blood Elves, nothing specifically new beyond that quest at the portal to get your tabard (as far as I'm aware).

Highlord Kruul and his demons also wander around the world killing everything on sight. Saw him recently destroy shit in Winterspring. Other people have had Kruul inside Orgrimmar going on a rampage.
