My guess it's an unintended side effect of removing glow from armor sets and tying it to an achievement. Will likely be fixed in a week or so.

Yeah unintended I guess. Noticed it with the Leather Season 1 set with the eye glow being gone and saw a tweet by MrGM about it earlier. Hopefully get fixed soon(TM).
