Bartender question/issue

So I've been using BT in retail and classic for years but just started playing around with a druid for the first time in classic. With the forms being stances I played around with BT bar paging to have bar 3 page bar 10 while in cat form but since doing that notice that bar 3 does the action bar roll over that bar 1 does for bar 2 which is completely normal for bar 1 in my experience but I end up with both bar 1 and 3 paging bar 2 anytime I shift+mouse wheel which gets annoying. I don't think there is anyway to avoid this since it's bar 10 but if anyone knows anyway around this happening you would be my hero. I'll try to post screenshots but since this is a new acct I'll have to post a few times first...

In the settings for bar 3 go to the state configuration tab and uncheck "ActionBar Paging".

Or if you're using a custom conditional remove any [bar:#] conditions.
