So I wanna get the Bear form for my druid, only problem is I haven't played him since BFA. Can i level him up to 70 and farm Legion raid gear to use in the mage tower? It will scale down, correct?

Its a Timewalking Event so its just going to be scaled down to Legion Level.

I seriously doubt its going to be nearly difficult as it was in the beginning when it was current. As for the need to farm up raid gear...but who knows, better safe then sorry.
