Some points of interest:
- This investigation is separate from the California DFEH one.
- In a statement to the Wall Street Journal, Activision confirmed the SEC’s investigation and says the company is “cooperating.”
- Kotick himself has been subpoenaed.
I frankly don't remember any gaming company ever having had to go through such a massive #$&%storm.
