Jen Oneal stepping down

I wonder what made her step down. He was freshly new as the Blizzard lead, 3 months went by and here we are.
I was thinking about the 3 months probation period was over and she didn't make it work or was bad at it.

The reason, according to her statement its pretty much.

She want to focus on helping change things in the hole industry not only within Blizzard and it seem like she belive she can do it best by leaving Blizzard and just focus on that work.
