    Conduit query

    I upgraded my boomkin alt's conduits to with the new item released yesterday.

    I noticed Stellar Inspiration was about 32-33% at ilvl 200, but when I got an upgrade to 213 of the same conduit the increase was 30%. Is it a tooltip error or is the 213 version actually weaker than the 200 one?

    Were you comparing the empowered conduit on the forge of bonds to the 213 in your bag?

    Ah, that would explain it. Forgot about the empowering. I'll check by upgrading it.
