When is the Primal Invasion event happening on Dragon isles?

It's most likely like the pre-patch event, but on the new continent.

So I look upon the well-established mmo-champion forums wisdom in search for answer: is it coming next reset? If not, when?

Yes next week and no it's not like the prepatch one, it's more simple.

blizzard said it would not be out till season 1
i aint gunna go looking for the post, but that is when its coming out, which is bullshit, it woulda been much better coming out at launch


basically its just 2 areas on the map the mobs get special abilities and buffs based on the storm

fire mobs will cast fireball sometimes, and at low health kamakazi
ice mobs will frostbolt and frost nova
etc etc
also the area will have storm effects, earthquakes will appear which will knock you around if you stand in it
tornados will move around throwing you about
ice storms will move around damaging and slowing
and fire eruptions will appear knocking you up and dealing heavy damage.

the mobs in the area are the same mobs as before, no new spawns, and killing enemies in the area gives the 2 types of recources.

so its not like the elemental invasions, these are elemental storms, no new mobs, just empowering the current mobs.
although there is rares that spawn at them, the different protodrakes.
