    Patch 2.2 Notes?

    Ok, ive stated before, this site and like 2 other sites are the only websites i can access, i was wondering if someone could post the 2.2 patch notes so i can see em? i spend most of my time researching/reading at work ( yes i have lots of free time but im also here 10-14 hours a day lol ) so i d greatly appreciate it if someone could post the notes here fer me

    Resilience will mitigate DoT crits. That, and I'm sitting on 18 Talasites in my bank waiting for the patch to hit so I can get our guild PvPers some Steady Talasites (+4 Resi/+6 Sta).

    That's all you really need to know.

    Damage over Time spells don't have crits, stop spreading mis-information.
