new everlasting affliction

Does everlasting affliction need some indication of the damage bonus cap? Especially since the 2nd effect is 100% chance of renewing corruption with SB. Does the 5% dmg bonus reset each time you hit w/ a SB (Making it useless) or does it forever increase as long as corruption stays on the target.

I hear its not even working atm.

You can bet the farm its gonna have a low cap though.

i dunno on the low cap. i think they intended for it to have a higher cap to increase damage quite a bit. sorta like a rolling ignite type of deal but within reason.
