MS and fury MS effect

Well maybe I'm retarded, and I don't know if anyone else asked this before, but:
Does Furry MS effect stacks with MS? ???
and if yes how does it works? 100% healing reduction? (its lol)

No -healing effects stack past 50%. So Blood fury will be safe to use if you have MS on you anyway in arena.

Wingman is wrong. If you have both MS on you and the Fury MS, you will be unhealable.

there are healing debuffs that can stack over 50% in game just not ones from players. I doubt these will stack though
