Instances nowadays are balanced around the fact that every normal guild should be able to down all bosses, not just the top 5% guilds.

This is why there are hard modes for the top 5% guilds so they can do those and gain extra loot and with ulduar, even an extra boss.

Ulduar normal mode was never meant to be super hard, so naturally top end guilds were bound to clear it fast.

30 weeks of raiding? that's over 6 months for a mace, provided you never miss a 25 man yogg kill. It will be unrealistic to expect this mace from only killing yogg, the other hard modes will be needed.

sweet, they get 5 days to sleep after being up all night and raiding on the PTR for the past 2 months. When raiding is your job and your hobby, you no longer have a real life.

u guys r so lucky.. on drenden we cant even kill more than 1 boss every 3 hrs because ulduar keeps crashing...

well i dont think ulduar is too easy
it took the best players in the world about 9 hours to down him, with 5-10 people waiting outside for replacements

will probably be nerfed before we reach him :-)

The play 2-3 days for making the first kills. And when the race is over, they play normal times within few weeks til all gets full Epics from Ulduar and clearing the heroic hard mode, then they take a long brake from wow til a new content is released and in the meanwhile, you are playing everyday for the next 6 month and trying to complete the full tier 8 set with other random epics in Ulduar.
