Hi awesome artists of mmo-champion. :-)

My guild has for ages talked about getting a nice guild logo/banner and wallpaper, but we're not able to make anything worth looking at ourselves.
Therefore I have this combo-request. I'm thinking the elements could be more or less the same, just maybe re-arranged a bit for the banner/logo and wallpaper.
I know it's a bit large request, but I've tried to add as much info as possible to make it easier for you to approach.
Many of you are closed for requests, but I hope I can find someone who is up for the challenge by posting in general? :-)

At first I'll try to describe the overall idea, and then go through the template for banner and wallpaper and then add links below.

General idea:
We are an alliance PvP guild and we want that to shine through. However, the alliance logo and races are often mistaken for being "nice" or even "childish" - which we are not. :-)
Therefore we'd like the result to look a bit battleworn or scarred and not to use too bright alliance blue color. I've added a bit more info below.

Wallpaper:

Visible text:

Alliance PvP Guild - EU-Neptulon (smaller - don't know if it will look best on 1 line or spread to 2 lines? That would result in 2-3 lines total incl guild name.)

Since we often rotate players, the exact character face/hair is not that important, but provided links below just in case.

Gear set:
1 of each class with PvP S10 elite gear. Links to all 10 itemsets and characters are found below.

Helm visible:
Yes for all.

Your pose:
They should look ready to fight. Hunter with "stretched" bow, warrior/DK swinging mace or similar, mage could be casting frostbolt, lock and shadow priest also casting, hpala and rshaman casting heals, feral and rogue just holding weapons ready to fight, etc.
These suggestions are not by any means final, but are just ideas. Feel free to change if you feel it would look better, more balanced, etc with something else.

General colour scheme:
Doesn't have to be blue (for alliance), but should fit battle. Many PvP armor sets in this expansion are red'ish, so that might be a good trend to follow?

Any extras:
Please include logo described below under 'banner'.

I like the atmosphere and style of Darknstormy's wallpaper here, which you can maybe use as inspiration?

I have a question for the signature artists: I've started making some signatures and avatars myself, but I'm struggling with their file sizes, as in the final saved jpg versions are always huge compared to the ones I've seen posted in this thread. For example my avatar was about 35KB instead of the less than 10KB avatars here and if I try to decrease the size, also the quality goes down the drain. So, any tips on preserving the good quality while decreasing the file size (I'm working with PS CS5)? Thanks in advance.
