Also, it was pretty well accepted that in the beginning of wotlk 10man Sarth3D was harder than 25man.  You apparently just don't want to admit it.  Also, I'm pretty sure the achievement says kill Malygos in 6 minutes or less, and after checking my patch.txt file I see nothing there about them changing it.
