Other than the polearm I don't see anything I wouldn't do myself. To answer some of your questions, if you wanna keep your T9 set bonus, I would replace something other than your helm/shoulders first and then replace one of them. If you do that you'd gain the T10 set bonus in its place. As for gemming, I personally stack STR all the way, most socket bonus' don't take the place of a 20 strength gem. Also, this should be obvious, and you have done it, but a Nightmare Tear as well. (Which you have in your helm. :]) Crit usually comes by itself for me with the gear, so I personally don't worry about it too much. 9/10

Seriously, WTH? i probably missed bad things, but i was vomiting a little bit in my mouth and decided to stop.

Try to lose like ~120 hit, get your expertise up to at least 16 and stay away from all that armor pen
Don't gem for str + stam or pure crit, just use 1 nightmare tear (+10 all stats) and the 21 agi meta then you can just fully gem for +20 str and 10 str 10 crit where needed.
You should prlly enchant your gloves & bracers to get your AP up a bit more under 4k unbuffed is rly low.
And i guess this is a discussion but i wouldn't rly gem for 10str 10 crit if the socketbonus isn't at least +6 str.
As for your spec: I'd go for 5/11/55 (http://www.wowhead.com/?talent#sVZVGzZVfbtbIuhdIfsu:0Go) if you have a warrior willing to spam demo shout in your guild at least.
If not you can go for 5/7/59 with vindication (http://www.wowhead.com/?talent#sVZVMZVfrtbIuGdIfsu:0oG)
Other than that it looks ok i guess... maybe switch your glyph of exorcism with glyph of concecration

Plans: switch t10 gloves with fleshrending ones from Festergut, change my rotting sinew ring with Might of Blight and change my bracers in the ones from gunship which should more or less sort out my slightly over the hit cap problem and well for expertise i'm gonna have to switch my bloodbath belt for the one from dreamwalker and switch to glyph of vengeance. If i can get those changes made i should be overall balanced out on most stats other than some minor upgrades like neck from 2nd boss etc
And since i just got my TAJ i tested it aswell for bit and it mostly did ~8-10% of my dmg (that is including the vengeance hits it procs) so im pretty happy bout that ^_^

Honestly; I'd try and drop those pants for some better ones. The tier pants are only good when used as part of the 4 piece. You have enough expertise from SoV glyph and your offset pieces to be near the cap. Ascension legplates or dreamwalker legplates make a great substitution. Otherwise it all looks good.

switch out your ashen verdict ring for the agi one. Its been proven over and over to be better.
as well as the 21 agi, 3 crit meta gem, which is better then the one you have.

Thanks man. Im actually going to be getting my t104 set in a couple days, so im not too worried about the dps loss from the t9 2 set.

And drop Engineering for Jewel crafting!? NEVA! :P Engineering is way too much fun, and the haste gloves are so full of win when stacking 5 quick stacks of corruption/vengeance!
