The lich king (raid boss)

Does anyone think it's possible that the lich king will be a hardmode only boss like alagon?

It would explain why they are putting an image of the lich king fight in a 5 man instance.
It would be the same reason why blizzard put kael in a 5man cause so many people couldn't do the fight on 25 man

Blizzard wouldn't do that.

Ulduar was about Yogg Saron, and he was just a normal boss.

Icecrown is all about The Lich King, hell the whole expansion is about The Lich King. They wouldn't deny the majority of raiders who most likely wouldn't be able to kill the final boss, on hard mode only.

No. There's 12 bosses that can be fought on either difficulty.

Blizzard definitely wants everyone to see this encounter. This was brought up with things like black temple (players not really seeing what the expansion was about). With how casual and easy stuff is nowadays i can guarantee you will see it.
