well after what happened in W3/CoT: strat and the questline on icecrown where you find out that the scarlet onslaught is commanded by Mal'ganis himself i thought that he would play a role against the LK when ICC would arrive but so far he is still takin some milkshakes regaining strenght wherever his homeworld is(argus?) not to mention where putress went? and what about sylvannas ? we are on the verge off kickin the ass of the one but shittied on his life and she has done nothing... got scared after the treason of Varimathras?

Well, Mal'ganis is not going to be a boss in ICC, but he may still appear after defeating the Lich king, something like coming out of a portal and take is dead..ehm..more dead body and laugh at us.
Putress is dead in Undercity in the alliance version of the battle of undercity quest.
Also forgive me but i don't get what you mean in the Sylvanas part.

He's in Onslaught Harbour as you mentioned. End of. Putress died during invasion of UC and Sylvannas is still Queen of UC.

Did you even read the original post? He know's that he's in onslaught harbor, he just wants to know what his plan is in ICC.

Though he is not a RAID BOSS, I would assume Mal'Ganis appears in Icecrown Citadel somewhere, be it in a cinematic (Blizzard blue post declared there would be one+ in ICC), having text in a position somewhere, or after/during the Lich King fight.

Grand Apothecary Putress, as everyone else easily stated, was slaughtered by the Alliance during their failed reclamation of the Undercity (due to Jaina Proudmoore stopping the Thrall vs. Varian fight). Though he has fallen from grace and has been replaced by Grand Apothecary Renefel, Varimathras, whom the Horde defeated, is not dead, and was pulled back into the void.

And as for Sylvanas Windrunner, as one of my favorite characters she is leading the Horde's side of their secret attempt and stopping the Lich King quickly by finding a different, alternate entrance in the new 5-Man Instance. HOWEVER, I would not doubt it (and will be very upset) if she makes a cameo in the 10 and 25-Man Instance Raid at the end when the Lich King is defeated. She derserves her revenge more than anyone else and she better receive retribution.
