I just saw valithra get heroism on one of the streams. I'm thinking the encounter get nerfed in difficulty now because val seems to be considered as a member of the raid; val gets all passive buffs (totems, shouts, imp icy talons, etc) so most likely heals can bounce off her passively too (Beacon, chain heal, wild growth.. etc)
