Did Blizzard just hotfix an ilvl requirement onto Awakened LFR?

since blizz is making some "addon-like" improve to wow like equip manager or quest tracking, i wonder what about do a shared friend list between realm characters.
would be useful if all my chars share my main friend list...

Would like an option to do that, but i dont want to get on my lvl 1 char and see a "spam" of <Lolmaster is now online>, <Rolfcopter is now offline> and other.

Blizz is developing an integration with Battle.net that will allow you to have a shared friends list.
It'll also add the ability to see friends playing other Battle.net games ( Starcraft II and Diablo III ) and see if they're on other servers in WoW.
There's a SS of it waaaay back on the front page of MMO. I'll see if I can find the post about it.
