EU Shadowmourne

I very very highly doubt that. You got a toon to what...50 is it, or 58? I don't remember what you need. Then you rolled a "roflfaceroll" class, probably leveled Blood or Frost since both are faceroll specs, got to 80, (yawn), and now brag about having a legendary. That thing isn't a legendary.

Sulfuron (sp?): Hand of Ragnaros (again, SP? mine sucks). THOSE were Legendaries. THOSE you worked your butt off for up to months on end, depending on how fast you could get everything. THOSE you couldnt just do a bunch of dailys for gold then buy the mats. You earned gold the hard way. You grinded and grinded for it. Now you can make what, 5k a day I read somewhere if you're dedicated enough? What you have is an epic with a pretty stat and a pretty orange color. That's not a legendary. Nothing since BC has been, and nothing most likely ever will unless they bring back The Ashbringer somehow, but since Tirion has a grip on it, I don't see how.

To make either TF or Sulfuras you just need money and extreme luck.
Took months because of bad luck.
So wow, buy some gold, get lucky on a 1% drop and it's "omg legendary".

Shadowmourne, you need money, patience with varying luck with shards (don't need extreme luck), personal skills to do the three infusion quests without wiping the raid.

Pretty much as legendary as Sulfuras or TF.

So why is Shadowmourne less legendary than TF or Sulfuras?

No, it's not the world 2nd, there is multiple people on my server with it. I believe 1 Horde has it, and 1-2 alliance have it, and have had it for about 3-4 weeks

well, since some one 'necromanced' this 2 month old thread, i'd just like to agree that Shadowmourne is less of an legendary then any other... we are nearly completing the 3rd on our guild, having another join the guild, so we have more shadowmournes than any other weapon drop in icc25 hc (cryptmaker hc, brynntroll hc, wtv)... poop legendary, but still a nicer colored "purple".

No way its a world second haha. Knew a DK on firetree who got it about three weeks ago, and there is also a warrior on Spirestone whos had it for about that long.
