    penance while moving

    what allows priests on beta to penance while moving, i looked through the trees and couldent find it am i missing somthing?

    Probably a bug with "Evangelism"?! It used to allow channeling penance while moving in addition to the current effects displayed in the talent calculator.

    It's still in beta, and before the 31-point trees it was NYI, so they're probably still in the process of implementing it.
