Need help. Just went from holy to Disc.

Ok, so as the title says I just switched from holy spec which I knew what to do mostly to disc which I know what to do, just not really what gear to look for or gems to go for (socket bonus?) Anyhow, looking at either getting the T10 head or the EoF chest next, but not sure whether to go for the http://www.wowhead.com/item=50974 or the http://www.wowhead.com/item=50975.


Any other advice/suggestions are welcome. Thanks

T10-4 set is a priority, so definitely pick that up before you get the badge chest.
