Oh really? I recall them saying they wanted to force you to get the 31 talent. Guessed they backed down from that.

edit: just tested that on WoWtal. Neat. I think they need to buff or revamp 31 pointers if people aren't taking them though.

Not rly, they never Forced any1 to specc the last pointer, but they Want u 2 cuz It's Suppose to be a good spell/attack/thingy/doom
